Recommended Routine

Off diet since tuesday and eating poorly so starting to feel more sluggish during workouts. Shoulders sore from weight vest. 30lb for 2nd and 3rd section. Holding off on copenhagen until i learn how i do reps rather than hold position. On the plus side, grip seems to have improved and getting better at intermediate shrimp squats, avoiding any drop of foot on floor.
